Food and beverages on board.
Food and beverages are important details in our cruises. Our chefs cook everything from exclusive 5-course dinners to more laid back summer buffets.
High quality raw materials are essential for making great testing food. That is why we only use the best raw materials, preferrably local.
If you require different menues, buffets or dainty sandwiches we are more then happy to give you a separate price quote. Have in mind that guests may not be able to eat certain foods because of allergies or religious reasons.
Our head chef is Micael Karlsson. Before coming to us, he worked as sous chef for Christer Lingström at Edsbacka Bistro. He previously worked a lot abroad, at The Quay Bar & Restaurant in Melbourne and Witchery by the castle (2 AA pamplets) i Edinburgh, among others.
We are proud to have Micael and his kitchen staff on board. They have a great passion for food and service. Micael will gladly help you with creating menues by your requirements.
Of course we use ecological products as far as possible. Marianne will contact you to discuss the details ahead of your cruise. All food orders should be made 7 days before the event, and the same menu applies for all members of your party.
